Also referred to as Conscious breathing, its the practice of directing awareness to the breath with the goal of improving health and building mindfulness.

Breath patterns are offered to regulate the nervous system and create safety in the body. Sessions are customized using themes and music to relieve stress/anxiety, deepen connection to the body and access your intuition.

One-on-One Sessions
$150 for a first-time 90-minute Customized Breathwork Experience. Discounted rates available for returning clients or when multiple sessions are booked. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you release tension, reset your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Group & Business Sessions / Workshops

Sunday Reset! Virtual Group Breath
$26 for a 60-minute session designed to release the Sunday scaries and set a calm tone for the week ahead. Gentle, grounding, fun, and a perfect mini-reset before Monday. Book now!

Friends and family are invited to join sessions together. Corporate and business facilitations are also available. Group sessions are safe spaces to breath together and learn about the benefits of breathwork. Ask me about customizing a session for your group.

I started breathing to combat work stress. I was looking for a way to manage challenging operational & interpersonal situations without sending my nervous system into fight or flight.

During my certification I began coaching colleagues about the benefits of breathwork. I facilitated over 50 hours of one-on-one training sessions and have led Coporate Breathwork Sessions of up to 200 participates. I have seen for myself and countless others how intentional breath practices can increase energy/mental clarity and change the way we respond to our everyday work stresses.
